What is the minimum investment?

We typically call for a minimum investment of $25,000 per transaction. Our investors range from qualified individuals through larger groups and institutions committing more sizeable amounts. Investors also have the ability to invest at multiple of $25,000 per-deal or distribute to different transactions.

Investors can participate in the Investment fund program in the same way they participate in any real estate transaction deals. Once a transaction is available for funding, we will open that deal for allocation requests on the RedBuyers platform. Investors can then select investments they want to invest in. Subject to set asides for managed accounts or institutional commitments, allocation requests are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis with an investment minimum of $25k.

We take a fundamental, value-driven approach to investing. We seek to identify c real estate opportunities that offer attractive risk-adjusted value relative to replacement cost, potential cash flow, and comparable sales. Our focus is primarily on residential properties, and multifamily, though we broadly take from our iBuying deal opportunities with the potential for value-add through capital improvements, proactive lease management, and market positioning.

We focus on quality over quantity. We are constantly reviewing opportunities but only act on the small subset we find compelling. Right now, only a small number of investments may be available at any given time.
